Stacked washer/dryer repair

All services are provided by trained technicians based on availability and location coverage.
We serve Eastvale, Riverside, Chino, Chino Hills, Corona, and Ontario.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online booking form, or email. While we strive for same-day service, all appointments are subject to technician availability.

Service Call Fee: A standard diagnostic fee of $75 applies.
Free with Repair: The service call fee is waived if you proceed with the repair during the same visit.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices will be clearly communicated before any repair is performed.

No work is performed without customer approval.
Final invoices reflect parts, labor, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
Payment is due upon completion of the service.

4. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Most repairs include a limited warranty on parts and labor, typically 90 days, depending on the service performed.

Warranty covers only the specific repair done by Express Dryer Repair.
It does not cover additional or unrelated issues that may arise later.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a trip charge.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Express Dryer Repair is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to appliances, property, or electrical/gas systems
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering after repair
Delays due to weather, traffic, or availability of parts

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and location details
Ensure someone 18+ is present during the service visit
Maintain a safe, accessible work environment

8. Intellectual Property
